A new friend


      I started high school and School in person after doing school online for 2 years. You already know the story, COVID spread throughout the entire world … resulting in a pandemic blah blah blah. I originally had the thought that nobody from middle school classes would remember me when I started high school. Besides I didn’t really talk to anyone either.  I have always been pretty quiet in school. I never really cared of having friends in school because the one person I used to always hang out with outside of school was my favorite person, my cousin Kiana. Although I didn’t mind being alone in school, having my cousins company would be great. We always wanted to be in the same school together so we took the opportunity to get in the same high school. We both got in but when we checked our schedules … we had no classes together. It’s alright though cause we still walk each other to our classes and wait for each other. I ended up having classes with a few people I recognized due to them being my previous classmates, still didn’t make me talk to them tho. A few months past in school and I had my first group activity in English class. There was this very pretty and calm looking girl, her name is Brittany by the way. She has complimented me a few times before. We actually ended up sitting right across each other  when we sat in our group spots so it was easier to communicate with one another. As time passed we ended up getting more and more comfortable with each other. Few months into school like in mid February we had just realized we had gym class together. Meaning when we walked in gym we would spend the whole 45 minutes of the period getting to be closer friends and knowing each other better. We also started waiting and walking each other to our next classes. Coincidentally Brittany and kiana were already friends since they had the same lunch period together. This occurring meaning we all became close friends with one another. A small friend group that we all get along with pretty well. Also now we are all participating in Kianas Quince’s surprise dance . We are all really good friends and I’m very happy that I got to meet and become friends with such a good person. We share many stuff in common. I enjoy Britt being my new friend.

Barzola

    A restaurant I recommend from my hometown is Barzola, a tasty Ecuadorian restaurant. Its  located at  3386 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208. The food they make is extremely delicious, you will have the plate squeaky clean after eating! In Barzola there are many to chose from.You can have appetizers, salads, sea food, ceviches ,chicken and meat,    traditional dishes,  side dishes, soup, beverages, etc.  My personal favorite dish is Encebollado with some soda or Bolon with a smoothie, specifically blackberry smoothie. I would recommend Encebollado, its very tasty and traditional dish, its also Ecuador's most famous and national dish too. If you end up  ordering  encebollado, I recommend dipping in the bread inside the stew.It taste sooo good.I can already imagine the flavors melting on my tongue just by thinking about it. Juliet is like a "dream"

    Finishing  Act I of William Shakespeare's  The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet , We finally  have our two main characters, Romeo and Juliet, come across each other during the capulet feast.           This actually was great moment for Romeo and Juliet to meet after Romeo in play Act 1, fell into a bit of sorrow and depression after being rejected by Rosaline, his old love. His cousin, Benvolio, tried very hard to persuade him to be present at the capulet feast to "  Forget to think of her" (1.1.233) and "Examine other beauties" (1.1.236) which means Benvolio helping Romeo's depression over Rosaline by making him get over her by some other "beauty" that will be "examined" at the capulet feast. Bingo Benvolio, his plans to get Romeo  distracted with some other fish in the sea went smoothy because this girl Romeo had never met before he fell head over heels for her instantly. ...
